    Yesterday after i got your replay, update was available, so after upgrade my problem was fixed.
    Thank you for your help, everything is fine now….

    Yes, it always fix the problem, but there wasnt any update available for me until now.. 🙂

    After you released new update to 4.2.4 everything works fine….

    Can you pls send me IP adress that we can whitelist, or adress of the server?
    My host provider told me that there are not any specific rules that should block any IP adress

    Hello, i have tryed everything that you told me and didnt fix the problem.
    My hosting provider told me that your servers are not on black list, and they put it in whitelist just in case.
    I have tryed to update theme manualy but got problem like this:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    So here is FTP informations that you asked.

    I will give you admin account to check it out.
    Today i dont have any visible updates available for xstore, i dont know why.
    My status in theme panel says that i dont have active sub , and cant connect again.
    When i force to chek again for updates, i got a lot of this lines:

    In addition, it looks like, i can not communicate to Xstore servers, since when i clik on info to find out more about new wesrion i get mesage:
    Plugin not found.

    My subscription was expired, and i renewed it this morning, but when ever i try to refresh that status i get error again:
    I hope that this tells you more about the problem, thank you in advance..
