xstore core plugin is deactivated now. As soon as I activate this, I can’t acces the backend anymore and frontend is broken.

When it’s deactivated, the shop pages do not work (see https://www.diamondflame.nl/product/classico-50/ and https://www.diamondflame.nl/shop )

I see the site is broken now. Looks like an Elementor issue.
After Elementor investigated the issue, we had to revert a backup because site was completely broken. Could not login anymore, only an error occured. Elementer left and said the couldn’t help it.

Now the site is broken again. See screenshot. Again an Elementor issue, as it look.

Hi!

On my homepage I have a media carousel (with header “werk waar we trots op zijn”).
The navigation arrows do not show on frontend (they do show on backend).

This is what Elementor support said:

“Please check my troubleshooting video: https://www.loom.com/share/f433542d327547fc87b246960e6b7df6
The problem seems to come from your theme XStore
When the theme is active, the media carousel icons are hidden”

They did login but completely distroyed my website. It was gone. So had to restore with a backup.

If you are going to look and there are major things that need to be done to fix it, please discuss for a moment with me. I wouldn’t like it if the site collapsed again…

Other question: I submitted a topic this moring about not working navigation in Elementor media carousel. According to Elementor Support it’s because of xStore theme. I do not see this topic in my dashboard. So I don’t know if you received it?

In the meantime I found out that this is probably due to the plugin “accelerator”. Have already sent the supplier of this plugin a message. For now, I’ll take this question out of here. Thanks anyway!

I don’t understand. The layout of the header is boxed. Why is the menu not on the same line as logo and content? It’s far more to the left. See https://www.loom.com/i/a4e9583c8acb49cba3d0e5dea41c088c

If I give this item a padding, alle menu items are moving. I just want de A to start at the same level as the logo and the content of the page.

I assumed I could accomplish that by setting the header on a boxed layout. But obviously not.

Can you help me fix this please?
