Thank you!
Thank you!
Okay. See this video and see steps to reproduce below. https://www.loom.com/share/0c65c7fe89c440aa8d353dc190c31084
Klik on this link: https://yoga-en-retraites.nl/product/ademcirkel-thuiskomen-bij-jezelf/
Scroll down to the bottom where the three dates are.
Click on “donderdag 11 mei 19.00-21.30 uur”.
Click now on button “aanmelden”.
Now you get a message that says that “donderdag 11 mei” is no longer available.
Is it possible to change color of a date that is not available? Or is there some other way to let a customer know that a date is no longer available.
Previously, an option that was no longer available was crossed out and light gray. I don’t know why, but it isn’t anymore.

I already did that. See video: https://www.loom.com/share/0ab4d747b50c4a37857d5bfea6115467
But notification still occurs…
Never mind. Fixed it. Thanks anyway!
Thankyou!
Changed the global settings (came with template, I guess?). Thankyou!
That’s “on” already.
“Wishlist for variation products” is off. Should that be on ON to?
Do you maybe have other suggestions?
Thanks!
As you can see on this screenshot, I didn’t add content in a right sidebar but it looks like the sidebar does show on the checkout page: https://www.loom.com/i/b121e024d0b84625b9e17d260af4cf3b
Never mind. Found the issue. Thanks anyway.
Thankyou!
Never mind. I’m just not going to make the shop page full width. But then I have to be able to turn off the full width somewhere for shop page and single product page (and payment page). I have now set the setting to “wide layout” for the entire site (general/layout). I guess I should take that off and create two headers (one for the full width pages and one for the shop pages)?
And is there a way to make these images fit in the shadowbox when this page is full width? See https://www.loom.com/i/793d998ebea04d929ed32ed66a7cbfaa
Hi!
This option is unchecked: see screenshot https://www.loom.com/i/eefc47c7644c419fa9f5a44cf408974d
As you can see on https://putsies.com/product/abandoned-rails/ it’s still shows in full width.
Thanks for your answer. I set the full width for complete site. Could it also be the case that this setting applies to the entire site, except for the single product page and the checkout page? If so, how do I set this up?
Okay, see private content.
Also, on product page: due to the full width setting, the photo is not displayed nicely. Can it fill the space available for the photo?
Great! Thanks very much!

Okay, thanks for your help!
Yes, it’s working again. Thanks!
Unfortunately, WooCommerce has also been overwritten and I have lost everything I had already entered there. I assume this is no longer recoverable?
Because I kept getting errors, I turned off theme xstore for a while and grabbed one of the other standard themes so that I could at least continue working in Woocommerce. To create a user via ftp you must have the functions.php of the theme you are working with. I don’t remember which of the 3 I clicked (2020, 2021 or 2022). I think 2022 but not sure. I really hope you guys can fix it so I can get back in and then fix the problem with xstore.. Otherwise I’ll have to start all over in a fresh install…
Hi!
My user is deleted too so I can’t login anymore. I know how to create a user using FTP but only when a child theme is active (then I add some code to child theme functions.php to add a user) but I don’t have a child theme yet.
Can you add a user via FTP? See credentials.
If not, then I need to delete the whole installation. I hope not because I added woocommerce and added some products with lots of variations…
Thankyou!
Thankyou!

Never mind. Found it. Thanks anyway!
Thankyou!
