Hi, Rose!
Yes, I understand.
1 and 2. Yes the button is visible with your single product builder is disabled or with the default theme is activated.
Can I fix it with css?
Best regards
Hello, Rose.
Fixed! Thank you so much.

Hi Rose,
Thanks, but I was no talking about wishlist. The problem is with waitlist
In this product, if you click in any out of stock size, you can see a grey button (avisame)
https://web7clicks.com/alabama/tienda/sueter-benelli-prueba/
But if it is a simple product, there is no button

Hi, Rose
Screenshots are from mails (one using the email customizer and the other using woocommerce basic mails). Maybe can you see it by sending a mail test from email customizer?
Best regards
Hi, Rose!
Ok. (See private content)
Also, add to Waitlist button doesn´t show in simple products. How can I fix that?
Thanks

Hi, Rose,
Thanks for the code.
I used a megamenu to show a widget with brands. But the megamenu style is different from the rest of the menu. Is too wide and text is different.
There is some option or css to change that?
Thank you

Hi, Rose

Hello, Rose,

One last thing, popup is too big in mobile, how can i make it smaller in responsive mode?
Best regards
Hello, Rose.
The web is accesible again.
I submited a ticket to my hosting. I wrote saying that the solution they gave me for the memory error did not work. I am waiting for their response.
About the Newsletter on mobile, I checked that “Mobile Optimization” is disabled.

Hi, Rose,
I added this line (in private content area) in wp-config, so the problem should be fixed.
Thanks for the advice.
Best regards
Hello, Tony.
Yes, newsletter works fine in pc. As I said in the first post, it doesn´t work in other devices like mobile or tablet.

Hello, Rose.
But it shows the block in all shop pages. I only want it to show in results page.
Can I hide It using code in the rest of shop categories?
Are you planning to add the feature (hide emtpy brands) in next updates?
Best regards
Hi, Rose,
I have the Newsletter element in the desktop header content. The configuration is: Newsletter On > On delay.
It doesn´t work.

Hi, Rose.
As you can see in the image, I have those mails in the list: https://prnt.sc/gYgSqc1L7XY2
So i guess the problem is in this extra code: https://prnt.sc/DaI28iZSP20f, but i don´t know what should I change
Yes, this is what i don´t understand, test emails works fine, but “real” emails have a design without css.
Thanks.
Best regards.
Hello, Rose,
No. After this text I want to show a block with products.
Something like this:

Hi, Rose
1. Great, thanks.
2. Ok. I can´t use this solution, but thanks
I am trying to change the message in emtpy brands (https://prnt.sc/XJEku24grrSq) but i don´t know what should I change.
I added a static block in search results options, but the page didn´t change

Hi Rose!
I contacted the author and he told me that if I buy his pro version, I will be able to change the emails, but it doesn’t seem logical to me because your editor is much better. I’ve been looking this topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/built-in-email-builder-woo-subscription-email-templates-are-missing/, and I see that the editor can be integrated with emails from other plugins, but it’s an old post and most of the images are not visible, so I don’t know what to do.
If I send a test mail from your builder, it works fine and shows the design created with your template.
Thank you so much for your help.
Best regards.
Hi Rose,
Yes, it’s quite annoying, but the only solution is to upgrade the hosting plan. It’s a server for testing purposes, so I’ve had to get used to removing the loading “manually”.
Thank you very much for your help. With the code you sent me, only the price without the discount was displayed, but I added this code: data-price=”.et_product-block > .price ins bdi, .et_product-block > .price bdi” and now it works fine.
Thanks again
Best regards.
Hi, Rose.
Ok. Thanks

Hello,
I copied the emails templates files to my child theme. Have I copy right code and paste it in the new template to change the plugin code?
Thanks
Hi, Tony!
Yes, I was talking about main menu created in Appearance >> Menu.
But there is a menu (Colección) set as static block
https://prnt.sc/P8zslctWYsji
https://prnt.sc/_uDrzONMr7KB
I thought woocommerce does not show empty categories by default.
https://prnt.sc/7gjOBBaaFO8e
Thanks for you help!

Hi!
Ok, I have created a new topic with the other question.
Thanks.

Hi, Rose
Ok, thanks.
Other thing: How can I hide empty brands in header menu?
Best regards
Hi!
2. Yes. This web is a restyling. I thought the shortocode was yours, but it seems is from another plugin. i deactivated all, but the shortcode still is here. I’ll keep looking
6. I am using your email builder. Yes they are visible in your email builder as you can see here:
This is the design:
But this what I get:
I used this code in functions, but it didn´t work:
add_filter(‘viwec_accept_email_type’, function($emails) {
$emails[] = ‘picked_up_order’;
$emails[] = ‘ready_pickup_order’;
return $emails;
});
Thanks

I have a problem with “Built in E-mail builder”. It works fine with default templates like “new order”, but I created 2 new mails (One for Picked up order and the other for Ready to pick up order) and they have default woocommerce styles. How can i fix that?
Thanks for your help.
