Don’t mean to sound foolish, but where and how do I update my theme to 1.2?

I’m not sure if this will help anyone, but we had the same problem. At the client’s request, I deactivated the WooCommerce Product Enquiry plug-in, and now the selected items go to the cart and go thru checkout.
