Hi, just wondering when your developers are going to fix the previously mentioned issues and release the Legenda update. It’s been a while now and haven’t heard anything from you on this. It’s a bit disappointing that we pay your for the Legenda theme and you don’t seem that bothered about keeping it updated. Would really appreciate a Legenda update asap. Thank you.

Hi, we have updated the theme from the files you sent along with updating to the current versions of WP and WC. All seems ok except we have noticed the ‘Related Products’ that feature at the bottom of a single product page no longer responsively adjust when viewed on a mobile device.
Also, the thumbnail image for extra product images may need some attention. Before the update all thumbnails displayed fine. After the update the third image in this example page is partially displayed.
Also, the image magnification/zoom feature when hovering over the main product image is no longer working.

Thank you. We will try this on our dev server first rather than the live site. However, if the official release is due end of Feb then we may as well wait for that. Is the official release still on schedule for end of Feb?

There were some issues the last time we tried to update but that was so long ago now that we would not be able to specifically list them. We will just have to wait until you have released the theme update. We can then test at that point but usually your updates are quite smooth. It’s just for some reason Legenda has been left behind in terms of updates and we would like to update WP, WC and all plugins along side an up to date Legenda. We look forward to the theme update.

Hello, any news on when the update will be available? We are paying the annual subscription with the understanding that the Legenda theme (which we use) will be maintained and updated periodically to remain compatible with WP and WC. This theme has not had an update for quite some time now. We would very much like to know when an update is due as we would like to bring our site fully up to date. Please do let us know. Thank you.

Also, an alternative solution would be if we could disable breadcrumbs on the single product pages ONLY. Keep them everywhere else and also keep the ‘Return to previous page’ link. So if you could also let us know some CSS code to just hide/disable the breadcrumbs on the single product pages only that would be great.

Hi,
Ok, that works but I have a question. By setting font-size to 0px, will this flag up when Google does a Mobile crawl as an error “text too small too read”? If so, then is there an alternative piece of code we can use to mitigate this?
Also, the post titles are now way too close to the bottom of the post image, but this is only when viewed on a mobile. All other screen sizes are ok, it’s just on the mobile screen size this happens. I have PM’d a screen grab so you can see.

I have just noticed something else…
When the screen size is in tablet size these same icons are replaced with a ‘person’ and a ‘search’ icon. I have just noticed that if you click on the ‘person’ icon it does not seem to work. All it does is open a dark blank overlay screen.
Could you check this please?

Hi, I need to apply this to the website background image which is visible site wide when using Boxed view. So I cannot add a custom class to this element as it is an element already predefined in your theme. I don’t want to load this image on mobile devices including phones and tablets.
Please let me know.

Background image is already optimised and needs to be removed site-wide for all mobile devices only. So it is only visible on the desktop version of the site.

Hi,
I have just updated WC to 3.4.4 and Legenda 3.8.1 but get the following message:
Your theme (Legenda) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
On inspection I see this:
legenda/woocommerce/checkout/form-coupon.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.4,
Could you please advise if this is ok to use or can you provide an updated version?

I have just enabled the site wide notice on our live website (see private). If you dismiss the notice at the very top of the page you will see the header content it covers up. We need all page content to sit below the site wide notice not underneath it.
