Great, Thanks for the help!
Hi Andrew,
Great. It is working fine. What was the issue?
Thanks for the support! My topic “Issue with Conditional Shipping Rules on Checkout Page” has been successfully resolved.
The video link has already provided in the first message private content area replicating the issue. Moreover let me see what casuing the fatal error.
just to add to topic, we checked all the plugins by deactivating one by one, when we go with storefront all is working as expected, while all the plugins are active, but as soon as child theme is activated back, the problem starts, so assumption is that somehow there might be conflict between the theme, and woo plugin for shipping and payment
Hi Luca,
Thanks for highlighting the issue. Yes, we’ve already communicated it to the plugin’s author.
In the meantime, could we also investigate this from the theme’s side? As I mentioned earlier, the issue appears to be resolved when switching to a different theme.
Thanks again for your support.
Best regards,
Hi Luca,
Thank you for providing the code, it did resolve the issue. However, I’m still unsure if this is the ideal long-term solution.
We’re facing a similar issue with another table on the same product page, which is powered by CodeAstrology. This is our main product table that we’ve been using for a long time. It includes a quick quantity feature that adds or removes products instantly without reloading the page.
Unfortunately, this functionality also stops working when the cart is empty. Strangely, switching the theme to XStore resolves the issue completely, which suggests it might be theme-related.
Could you please help us find a permanent solution that ensures this functionality works regardless of the theme same like before?
Your continued support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again,
Hi Jack,
As mentioned in my initial message, changing the theme resolves the issue. I also mentioned that the problem occurs only when there are no products in the cart.
In addition, I’ve already shared staging credentials to help with debugging.
The product tables are currently enabled for you to investigate.
Attached the video link where you can see I am unable to add item on the cart using both table.
Please see how we can fix it.
Thanks,
Hello Jack,
To test the issue I mentioned, please make sure the cart is empty before trying.
I’ve shared the page link in the private content area.
Let me know if you’re able to replicate the problem.
Thanks,
Hi,
It was fixed.
Media is just the one there are some other issues as mentioned above and after deactivating all three mentioned plugin issue is still there.
Hi, Waiting for the response?
Another on and off overlay issue, see the SS in private content area.
Hi Luca,
Thanks for the response, but the way you suggested for dropdown doesn’t allow the small customization like text color and hover If I am right.
Hi,
Thanks for the response.
I need to know how can I display top and bottom description currently it is only showing the same description above and below, but for categories there are 2 boxes of description at the backend, The reference I have provided above is showing different description above and the below of the page.
Also I don’t need megamenu I have already used it and I know how to display it. I just want to know why my dropdown menu is not showing up properly. See the screenshot for better understanding.
Please see the private content area.
Hi,
I have a question, In new templates all the pages are developed using elementor.
I want to know if the Products Archive page is developed using elementor, how can I display each brand and category above and below description to their respective page?
Hello,
Thanks the menu looks fine.
This link is not working.
Hi,
Find the screenshot, this is the mess I was talking about above. How can I shift the product page to default instead of any customizer or elementor same as our actual site,
What about the video I shared above about the header please check that, and let me know how can I make it smother.
Please reply ASAP to my all queries as it is taking lots of time.
Thanks,
Hi,
“Does it support shortcode or something else? So we can add the shortcodes to Text Widget element.”
It is a default option in the variation table plugin to display the table so once we do it from the plugin, the table will by default show on the products with the variation, not those products that don’t have variation and use the theme default option for a non-variant product, I believe by adding the shortcode it will create a mess on those products which doesn’t have variations.
The screenshot I have shared above shows I am using xstore customizer not Elementor and a short description is there but can not be seen in the front end. Something must be going wrong.
Also, I have shared the video link in the private content area, please have a look. The elementor header is not good xstore customizer was better. Please help me fix the issue, how can I make it smooth?
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks that issue has been fixed.
Another issue appears product description is enabled on product pages but the description is not visible.
Also, I am not able to display the variation table the way we have displayed it on our actual site. I am attaching both links in the private content area.
I also noticed that the child theme that is installed on our actual site is different, with version 0.0.1., and the site we are developing has a different child theme with version 1.0. Not sure if all these issues are because of the child theme. And what if we use the same theme that is installed on your actual site?
Hi,
Yes it is working thank you, and what about the menu issue?
Hello Tony,
The active menu issue is still there, I thought updating the theme might fix all the issues, but still active menu and product page issues are still there.
Hello,
Thanks for the response I want to know if I update the child theme will my current changes stay or the will be vanished?
2-2/ Thanks for noticing that, we are still under development.
Thanks
Hi,
Understood, But woocommerce min/max is a well-known plugin so there must be a fix in the next patch or something.
Also, I want to highlight this thread you guys provided the compatibility fix with the min/max plugin before.
https://www.8theme.com/topic/min-max-quantity-products-for-woocommerce-problem/#post-273043
Ok, so the issue got fixed after disabling the Ajax add-to-cart option from the xstore theme setting
But it will impact the user experience by relaoding the page everytime customer add an item, is there any other way to fix this compatibility issue?
Thanks, The code worked fine, But this is not the solution we are looking for. if we implement as you suggested, no1 will be able to enter the value when they need 100 units of the item, they will sit there and keep tapping the arrow up.
The issue seems to be in the theme because after changing the theme to the default storefront theme, it is working as expected.
Please find the screenshot shows it’s working as expected after changing the theme to the default storefront.

In the below screenshot, you can see the error is there for the variant items but not for the single item.
so in your local Rest-API Testing you are able to push and modify the brands without any issues, you have created 2 brands, both were push using Rest-API?
the reason why we created a test site, which is mirror copy of actualy, but we did remove in the test site the woo brands plugin, and just kept the xstore brand plugin for easy testing for you guys,
We never did motify any plugin,
btw, I did uninstall the same plugin, and reinstall back in, but didnt find any difference in the code. so no change was made
Yes came from there yesterday. After talking to them. Was told that theme is over writing the normal behavior of the plugin.
