well please check the folloing image.

I would like if possible a button next the text at the check box, that will close the pop up once pressed or
I would like to set the x mark on the top right to white so that i can been seen easier in order the visitors will click on it

for number 2 the text color for adding the product to basket is not changing with the code you gave me
