I think i was not clear. I always use elementor to build any pages. Actually, because xstore uses elementor i bought the theme. Now i cant find elementor on my website backend.

Hi Support,

I am facing a weird issue. I can’t find the Elementor plugin on my website. I used to use the elementor builder to build my pages and actually I purchased your theme as it was using elementor. Could you please have a look. I have attached the login details.

Hi Olga,
I am having an issue with the alignment on mobile devices for add to cart and customize button. They seem to overlap and it does not look good on mobile. Could you please help me fix the issue.

Hi Support,

The CSS code you wrote works only on desktop and not on the mobile . could you please fix this on the mobile. The CSS you made works great o desktop.

1) Sreenshot 5 – The customize button homepage for product on mobile view is not as same as desktop.

2) Screenshot 6 – On Product page the customize button size, color and aligment is not proper.

Hi Support,

Thanks for your prompt reply and for the fix for issue 1.

2) The instagram icon is not showing instgram icon (3rd icon should be IG icon). It is showing facebook icon. Even if i select instagram it shows facebook. Can you please fix it.

3) The problem still remians, I want to show the add to cart button and customize button below the quantity shown like i had editied using yellow pencil. Could you use the css code to fix it . Use button color #f79022 and text color #ffffff
