I disabled the W3 total plugin, and I deleted the cache on my browser.

Ok. But could you tell me about the “Category:” text which is exactly below the Buy now button? I translated it also (yesterday) https://prnt.sc/8JwDlhEE1XKC and it still does not show up on Greek. https://prnt.sc/RNdFKqxSgmmx

If it is cache issue, I guess it should work for all the texts and not just the button.
What am I doing wrong here?

If I select the extra service the price is recalculated at product page correctly but if I add it to cart the product is added to the cart without the extra charge for the extra service.

I do understand that you do not guarantee the full compatibility of your theme with 3rd party plugins. Maybe it will be easier if I explain to you what I want to achieve and you will suggest me a work around.

I am building a eshop for car tires. The customers can buy the tires only or they can buy the tires and the assembly service.
The tire assembly cost must be calculated per product so if someone purchase 4 tires he must pay 4X times the assembly cost.

I tried in total 3 plugins and none of them seems to work with your theme.
2 premium plugins and one free.
Plugins tried so far:
