    Hi,

You should use all the images in same ratio.
Resize your all the products images and reupload them

This is one of our default image :https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/1_1-8.jpg
    you can follow it’s ratio.

    Hello,

It may be because of your permalink setup.

Check your category permalinks in Settings >> permalinks
These should be matched to your url you provided above

    Hi,

It is out of our support scope.

Anyhow, if you are sure that this is from Visual Composer,
    1. deactivate and delete the VC
    2. download the latest version from here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    3. upload, install and activate it again..

this will give you the new VC files and the problem will be solved.

    Hi,

If you are not going to use it you do not have to install them but if when you import our demos you may see some sections won’t display correctly.

If you remove them too then no issue.

You can use the theme without woocommerce related plugins.

Did you assign the attribute the products and that products has the price?
Attributes will be displayed only if a product exists with that attribute and has price defined for that product.

    Hi,

I do not see that error in your frontend site.
I think you are seeing that error in your admin panel (dashboard/wp-admin)

We need your wp-admin login details to check this.

    Hello,

I think you’ve changed the password you provided above.
    Unable to login now.

Add this code in custom css or in Appearance >> editor >> style.css

    .widget_layered_nav ul li .count { display: none !important; }

to hide the count attributes(on the left side of my shop page and brands pages)

It could be moved to the ‘Inactive Widget’ area: http://prntscr.com/g3qbgf

Just drag and drop / add them back to the proper sidebar. (eg: Appearance >> widgets >> shop sidebar)

    Hi,

Try to wrap it in a div and make it align center.
    Use following code and see

    [youtube src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/mcixldqDIEQ” width=”1000″ height=”500″]

and for this you should use text editor.

if that does not work let me know the page url where you have video to check this.

    And,

    – no. if you add the css in 8theme optons >> styling >> custom css >> global custom css you do not have to add the code to every page. It will affect all the pages automatically.

then it is not xstore theme related issue.
you should contact ‘woocommerce-variable-stock-management plugin’ support and ask them

    Hi,

I assume you are using a third party plugin for this.
So you need to check their doc / support for this.

    Anyhow, this will fix this:

Add this following code in 8theme options >> styling >> custom css >> global custom css

    .wcppec-checkout-buttons { text-align: left !important; }
