    Regarding the issue with the product price color not updating, please ensure that you have cleared both your browser cache and any caching plugins you may be using on your site. Additionally, we will need to review your settings, so we are awaiting correct wp-admin access to investigate further.

    To change the “Related Products” section text to Spanish, you can do this by using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ . Navigate to Loco Translate > Themes > select your active theme > Edit the language file and search for the “Related Products” string to translate it accordingly. Do the same for the XStore Core plugin and WooCommerce.

    As for the issue with the YITH plugin and products not appearing in the cart, please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins, nor can we provide support for such plugins. In some cases, additional customization of either the theme or the plugin may be required to ensure they work together. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, and such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.

    – We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    – Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ Ajax speed depends on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, ​please try to speed up the server response time.

    We recommend the following steps to improve its performance:

    1. Optimize Database Queries – Ensure that your queries are well-optimized and indexed properly.
    2. Enable Caching – Implement caching mechanisms to reduce load times.
    3. Reduce Server Load – Check your server resources and optimize them accordingly.
    4. Minimize Unnecessary Scripts – Disable any unnecessary scripts or plugins that may be affecting performance.
    5. Check for Errors – Review your browser console and server logs for any errors that might be causing delays.

    We recommend checking the following:
    – Ensure that your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    – Increase the PHP memory limit and execution time if they are set too low.
    – Check the error logs on your server for any specific error messages that could provide more insight into the issue.

    500 Internal server error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress to see the error https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
    If it will not show any errors then contact your hosting providers and ask them to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.
