    We kindly ask you to deactivate all plugins and, during the import process, activate only those that are absolutely necessary.

    Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version via XStore > Import demos.

    Should the issue persist, please do not hesitate to contact us again and provide temporary WP-Admin access. It is very important to temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins prior to importing the demo content, as they may interfere with the process.

Since demo content often includes predefined local color settings for individual elements, you may need to manually edit the content of pages, posts, and products.     The error message indicates that the Mailchimp API key is not configured or has been reset.

    We do not handle such issues directly, as they are not related to the theme you are using. This is determined by how the plugin works, not by anything controlled by the theme author.

    Mailchimp is compatible with XStore, but you need to have an active Mailchimp account to use their services. The XStore theme provides the integration feature free of charge, while Mailchimp itself may have its own pricing plans depending on your usage.

    To resolve the problem shown in the screenshot, the simplest way is to contact your hosting provider and show them the screenshot we provided. They will know what to do, as this is a server-side issue and is not related to the theme.

    Do you have any ideas where those styles came from if you didn’t add them yourself? They will remain there regardless of which theme you activate, so this issue is not caused by our theme.
