    Please contact your hosting provider and request them to increase the value shown in your screenshot.

    max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script. For example if you import content and script need more than 30 secs then you may face the problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with theme options then don’t worry about this parameter. The PHP Max Input Vars is the maximum number of variables your server can use for a single function. If the value is too low, you may experience problems such as can’t save menu settings when added a lot of items. These parameters can be increased from the server-side, so just contact your hosting provider.

We do not have specific guidance on this matter, though some of our clients have successfully used the Duplicator plugin for similar purposes.
