    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products. In other cases, images may have different heights on the frontend.

    If you are seeing only a limited number of demos, it may be due to a temporary issue with plugin activation or a caching problem. We recommend clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. Additionally, please make sure your theme and all required plugins are updated to the latest versions.

    1. We recommend deactivating all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. After deactivating the additional plugins, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the third-party plugins is causing the problem.

    2. If the issue remains unresolved, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child theme. After switching, please clear the cache and test again. The issue might be related to custom code within your Child theme.

    Please let us know the results of the above tests. If neither of these steps resolves the issue, kindly proceed with step 3 below. However, we would appreciate it if you could first complete the two tests mentioned above and share the outcomes with us.
