    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ Please update the XStore Core plugin.

    To manually force an update check, please follow these steps:
    1. Go to Dashboard > Updates
    2. Click the “Check Again” button
    3. Locate the XStore Core in the list
    4. Select the plugin and click the “Update” button

    If the issue persists after following these steps, download the Core plugin archive (The Core plugin file is typically included in the full theme package available on ThemeForest. Please ensure that you have downloaded the complete package from your ThemeForest account and then watch this video: https://fex.net/s/ee1mxc5 )
    Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.

    Regarding your request, please note that the method described in our documentation is the recommended and supported way to migrate a full site, including all theme settings, customizations, and content. Unfortunately, exporting only the theme with all changes and importing it to another site without performing a full site migration is not officially supported, as theme settings and customizations are often stored in the database and may not be transferred correctly through a simple export/import process.

    However, if you would like to replicate the current appearance and settings of your theme on a new website, we suggest the following steps:

    1. Use the built-in Theme Options > Import/Export feature to export your current theme settings.
    2. Export your custom header, footer, and other templates via the XStore Studio or Elementor/ WPBakery (depending on the builder you are using).
    3. Manually copy any custom CSS/JS or additional code you may have added.
    4. Reinstall the theme on the new site using your new license and import the exported settings and templates.

    Please keep in mind that this method may require some manual adjustments, and not all customizations may be transferred perfectly.

    To change the “Add to Cart” button label to “ADD TO ENQUIRY”, you can achieve this by using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate. This allows you to modify the text strings used throughout your theme and plugins.

    Here are the general steps:

    1. Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin.
    2. Navigate to Loco Translate > Themes and select your active theme.
    3. Click on the language you are using (or add a new one if needed).
    4. Use the search bar to find the “Add to Cart” string.
    5. Select it and change the translation to “ADD TO ENQUIRY”.
    6. Save your changes.

    Do the same for the XStore Core plugin.

    WooCommerce provides two types of product attributes:
    – Global Attributes: These attributes are created under WP-Admin > Products > Attributes. They are available for all products across the website and can be used for filtering.
    – Local Attributes: These attributes are created when editing an individual product. They are only visible on the product page and cannot be used for filtering.
