    To ensure that product images in your catalog appear uniform, even if they are of different sizes, we recommend reading this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products. In other cases, images may have different heights on the frontend.

    1/ You can edit Product Sorting on the page, via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.
    By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
    If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    This issue may be related to user capabilities or a temporary glitch in the user profile. We kindly suggest the following steps to help resolve the issue:

    1. Please ensure that the affected administrator has the same user role and capabilities as the others.
    2. Try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser to rule out any browser-related issues.
    3. Log out and log back in with the affected admin account to refresh the session.
    4. Navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager in the WordPress dashboard and confirm that the ‘Administrator’ role has access to WPBakery for ‘Products’.
    5. If the issue persists, try temporarily switching to another administrator account, disabling all third-party plugins except WPBakery, and checking if the issue still occurs. This will help identify if a plugin conflict is causing the problem.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
