    2/ Additionally, please contact your hosting provider to request FTP access credentials. Once you have obtained them, kindly share the details with us so we can further assist you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    1. Breadcrumb Schema:
    Our theme uses the default WooCommerce breadcrumb structure, which may not fully align with the latest Google structured data guidelines. To customize the breadcrumb markup and ensure it follows the correct schema (as per your example), we recommend overriding the breadcrumb template via a child theme. You can do this by copying the breadcrumb template file from the theme or WooCommerce plugin and modifying it to include the appropriate schema attributes.

    2. Duplicate H1 Tags:
    By default, the product title is wrapped in an H1 tag, and in some cases, the page heading may also use an H1, resulting in duplication. To resolve this, you can go to XStore Builders > Single Product Builder with Elementor > edit template > Product title > change HTML tag https://prnt.sc/eP-m01v6Ol_4

After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    We recommend the following steps to help troubleshoot the problem:

    1/ Please disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After disabling the additional plugins, clear your browser’s cache and check the issue again. It’s possible that a third-party plugin is causing the conflict.

    2/ If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    3/ We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.3

    4/ Lastly, ensure that your theme and all plugins are up to date. You can follow the update guides here:

    It appears that the changes were made in the parent theme instead of the child theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/child-theme/ . Based on the screenshot you provided, we can see that there are two identical functions present.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to connect using the FTP credentials you have provided. Therefore, we kindly ask you to either review your custom code modifications on your end or provide us with working access credentials so we can assist you further.

    The WooCommerce > Reports section typically includes only orders that are marked as “Completed” and may not display those currently in “Processing” status. To generate a report that includes “Processing” orders, we recommend using a more advanced reporting tool or plugin, such as “Advanced WooCommerce Reporting” or exporting your orders via WooCommerce > Orders and filtering them manually in a spreadsheet.

    Alternatively, you can use the built-in WooCommerce export feature by navigating to WooCommerce > Orders, selecting the desired date range and order status (e.g., “Processing”), and then exporting the data as a CSV file for further analysis.
