    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To customize the breadcrumb style on your pages, please navigate to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.

    Please note that if the page was created using Elementor and the breadcrumbs are added as an Elementor element, then the local settings for that element will take priority. In this case, we recommend editing the breadcrumb style directly through Elementor.

    Kindly follow these suggestions before replying. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    Warm Regards,

    Hello,

    By default the buy now button should not be shown on mobile in the sticky panel, it can appear in case you are using a cache plugin or CDN.

    We can offer you to add the code into Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global:
    this code can be used to add a scroll https://gyazo.com/9564b345cce274c0b8b1d94f7aec33bb

    @media only screen and (max-width: 992px) {
        .single-product .etheme-sticky-cart .et_column:nth-child(2) {
            justify-content: flex-start;
            overflow: auto;
        }
    }

    or this

    @media (max-width: 767px) {
        .etheme-sticky-cart p.price,
        .etheme-sticky-cart .quantity ~ .et-single-buy-now {
            display: none;
        }
    }

    Hello,

    We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is not related to the theme used on your website. Therefore, we kindly recommend contacting the support team of the Contact Form 7 plugin directly for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7/

    As the theme authors, we are able to provide support only for issues caused by our theme, and in this case, it appears that the problem lies outside of our scope.

    Thank you for your understanding in advance.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This is a WooCommerce query string often related to WooCommerce’s geolocation or asset versioning features. It’s typically added for:
    -Asset cache-busting
    -Geolocation-based taxes or pricing
    -Preventing page caching for dynamic content

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > change the Default customer location to something without geolocation.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you kindly check whether the same issue occurs when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront (via Appearance > Themes)? If the issue persists regardless of the theme in use, it is likely not theme-related.

    In that case, we strongly recommend following the suggestions provided in our previous responses and contacting the support team for the Contact Form 7 plugin for further assistance.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Let us know the results.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you are using Contact Form 7 and emails are not being sent despite correct configuration, we recommend checking the following:

    1. Mail Server Configuration: Ensure that your hosting provider supports the PHP mail function or that SMTP is properly configured. You may consider using an SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability.

    2. Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails may be delivered to the spam or junk folder. Please check these folders in your email account.

    3. From Email Address: Make sure the “From” email address in your Contact Form 7 settings matches the domain of your website. Some mail servers block emails sent from unauthorized domains.

    4. Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to check if there is a conflict affecting email delivery.

    5. Server Errors: Check your website’s error logs or enable WordPress debugging to identify any issues related to your server.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We understand that you have created a contact form but are currently experiencing issues with emails not being sent. To assist you effectively, please ensure the following:

    1. Your mail server settings are correctly configured (contact your hosting provider about this).
    2. You are using a valid and active email address in the form settings.
    3. If you are using a plugin such as Contact Form 7 or WPForms, please verify that it is properly set up and updated.
    4. Check your spam or junk folder to ensure the emails are not being filtered there.
    5. If possible, try using an SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability.

    If the issue persists after checking the above, please provide us with more details, including the name of the plugin you are using and any error messages you may have encountered. This will help us investigate further and provide a more accurate solution.

    Hello, David Zoque,

    We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding resource usage. Please know that our team is committed to providing the best possible support, and we take all reports seriously.

    High CPU usage can be influenced by a variety of factors, including server configuration, third-party plugins, and external traffic such as bots. While we do our best to assist, some issues may be related to hosting environments or external elements beyond the theme itself. That said, we are always open to reviewing specific cases in detail to help identify potential improvements or solutions.

    If you would be willing to provide more information or reopen a ticket, we would be happy to take another look and work with you to find a resolution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, we recommend keeping the settings under Dashboard > XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization at their default values. The LiteSpeed Cache plugin already provides advanced optimization features, and using both sets of optimizations simultaneously may lead to conflicts or unexpected behavior.

    Please ensure that you configure the LiteSpeed Cache plugin according to your website’s specific needs and test the performance after applying any changes.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    We kindly ask you to record and share additional videos demonstrating the issue, and if possible, please try using different devices. We have conducted thorough testing across various browsers and, at the moment, we are unable to reproduce the issue you described, which is quite unusual.

    In order to investigate further and identify the root cause, we need more detailed information. Without being able to replicate the problem on our end, it is difficult to determine what needs to be fixed, especially when everything appears to be functioning correctly during our tests.

    We absolutely believe that the issue exists on your side, and we are here to help. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide:

    – Additional video recordings showing the issue in more detail
    – The specific devices and browsers (including versions) you are currently using for testing

    This information will greatly assist us in identifying and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

    Hello,

    Please kindly avoid creating duplicate topics for the same issue, as this helps us prevent any confusion and ensures a more efficient support process: https://www.8theme.com/topic/you-still-not-answering-icons-get-bugged-after-use-ajax-filters/#post-454255

    We have reviewed your website in an effort to identify the reported issue; however, we were unable to detect any problems during our inspection. To assist you more effectively, could you kindly confirm whether any recent changes have been made to the WP Rocket plugin settings or to your server configuration?

    Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide further details regarding the device and browser you are using for testing. This information will help us better understand and replicate the issue on our end.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This task has been forwarded to our developers, and they will review the possibility of implementing a fix.
