    Hello,

    It depends on which part of the site you would like to change and how exactly you want to modify it. We have developed XStore Builders using Elementor to provide more flexibility and efficiency in customization. In our opinion, editing the header through the theme options was more complicated than doing it with the new builder.

    Please let us know what exactly you would like to change, and we will guide you on how to do it.

    As per your request, we have tested how the theme options work. The options that are not overridden by the new builders function correctly. For example, here we set 10 products instead of the previous value of 12: https://prnt.sc/XjLTQhoKLjfE — and now 10 products are displayed on the shop page.

    Hello,

    We have checked WooCommerce > Status > Logs ( https://prnt.sc/-ANKx2ULhOqE and https://gyazo.com/e125dda8c9cbfc5340eade47d757ea34 ). After deactivating the plugin shown in the screenshot, the mega menu can be created successfully.

    Therefore, we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team and asking them to resolve the issue.

    – Term counts

    We would like to inform you that we provide support only for issues related to our theme. However, we have investigated your problem and found that there is a critical error caused by the Fancy Product Designer plugin (please see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/SST7gAx4y87G ). Therefore, the first step you should take is to contact the Fancy Product Designer plugin support team and provide them with the screenshot of the error.

    In the meantime, we recommend that you downgrade your PHP version. Your hosting provider can assist you with this. Currently, your site is running on PHP 8.4.14, and not all plugins are fully compatible with this version. There is a possibility that switching to PHP 8.1 will resolve the issue.

    If the favicon is not displayed in Google search results, please note that it may take some time for Google to update and show the new icon. We recommend checking the following:

    – Make sure the favicon file is correctly uploaded to your website root directory.
    – Verify that the favicon link is properly added in the website’s header.
    – Clear your browser and website cache.
    – Use Google Search Console to request reindexing of your site.

    Please note that Google decides when to update and display the favicon in search results, and this process may take additional time.

    On your site, the header is created using the new Header Builder with Elementor, so it is normal that the settings from the old header did not work, as the new one has higher priority.

    We have checked your settings and can see that your mega menu is currently created in the classic way through Appearance > Menus.     A 404 error usually indicates that the page or link cannot be found. Please make sure that your permalinks are set correctly in Settings > Permalinks, and then try to re-save them.

    Hello,

    To change the text in these two places, the easiest way is to use the free Loco Translate plugin:

    1. Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin.
    2. Go to Loco Translate > Themes > XStore > New language (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/exIvJyGlP8lU ) and click Start translating. Find the desired texts and change them, then save the changes.
    3. Clear the cache and check the results on the frontend.
    4. If everything works correctly, you can deactivate and delete Loco Translate, as the changes will remain.
