    1. Regarding the max execution time, yes, you can increase it to ensure smoother performance and avoid timeout issues during plugin operations. This can typically be done by modifying the php.ini file on your server, or by contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

    max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script. For example if you import content and script need more than 30 secs then you may face the problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with theme options then don’t worry about this parameter. The PHP Max Input Vars is the maximum number of variables your server can use for a single function. If the value is too low, you may experience problems such as can’t save menu settings when added a lot of items. These parameters can be increased from the server-side, so just contact your hosting provider.

    2. Support for this plugin has been officially discontinued.

    1/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    2/ Please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins, nor can we provide support for such plugins. In some cases, additional customization of either the theme or the plugin may be required to ensure they work together. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, and such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.

    3/ This step should only be taken after you have provided a video demonstrating how the issue behaves when using the Storefront theme on your current website (confirm whether changing the theme has any impact on the displayed price or other related behavior).

    We understand that you are experiencing an unusual layout issue on your product category pages.
    It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags caused the problem. Keep the Show Excerpt option disabled https://prnt.sc/KULQLZ6zKCMQ or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.
