Hello,

You can do it via Dashboard using zip archive or via FTP, but in this case, you need to unzip files. Or if you are not sure if this can be done correctly by you, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Do a full backup before providing access.

Hello,

Appearance > themes > upload theme > and replace XStore via the new version of it, that you downloaded.
Plugins > Add new > upload new version of Core plugin.
