Your theme killed my site.
I moved the site to a new hosting, activated the theme, chose a demo, the demo asked to reset the database using a plugin. I installed the plugin and reset it, as a result all the plugins went out, including Woocommerce and WCFM, 8 vendor stores were deleted and all the products simply disappeared, the demo is also not imported. 8,433 items just flew away because of your theme! Give me my money back!

Hello,

DataBase reset is not obligated to use our theme. We offer that if you want to build site from scratch. If you already have products, vendors then don’t need to reset your site, just proceed with the demo content import without DB reset.
So, restore your site from backup and then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and tell us what version you want to import. We’ll help you.

Hello,

Message tells you that it’s recommended, not required https://prnt.sc/1y2s63g It’s a different thing.
Do you want to use WPBakery page builder or Elementor?
Besides one of the third-party plugins that you use hides the Install button https://prnt.sc/1y2sn3z That’s why you thought that that step is required.

Hello,

Prime Slider caused the issue with the XStore demo content setup wizard. Once plugin is deactivated then there is o issue to proceed with the setup wizard.
