    Hi there,

Ever since I began building website the format that I follow that works for me is domainname.com/demo. I do not intend to change this now as again, that is the format I like and what works best for me. I created the demo before I attempted to select the option to install on my demo site and now that I have set aside some time to get to work on my demo site my access is being blocked because my site does not fit your recommended format dev.domainname.com or test.domain.com.

This is the first time in over 14 years I ever saw and witness this where it is dictated as to what format you must build your development site with.

Please assist me with resolving this asap or please advise me how I can get a refund. Your theme is the only thing keeping me on codecanyon as I have other acces with elegantthemes. I hope this matter is resolved expeditiously so I can get to building within the time I have set aside.

    Thank you,

    Hello, Phoenixtalia,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns.

To proceed with your request, please visit your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=33294. Once there, you will need to deactivate your current domain and then activate the theme on your new site.

It is important to note that both sites should be utilized for a single end project. Failure to comply with this guideline may result in a notification of a terms of use violation following a manual review of activations, which is occasionally conducted by our team.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Thanks for your reply,

It is important for you to note that I am not trying to create multiple website using different domains for the same theme. ?Hence, it was been attempted to be utilitized on a subdomain named demo for the original website. Therefore, your statement about single use access is irrelevant and insulting.

I did uninstall your template from the main domain and even activated a landing page that has nothing to do with your theme. Since you have blocked access for me to setup demo that is not in YOUR chosen format. I am still being blocked and receiving the following message”Oops… You have reached the activation number limit.
As per the ThemeForest license policy, each license is valid for use in one project only, read more. XStore allows 1 live site licensing.

Currently, we can see that your purchase code has been activated in the following locations:

    Live Website 1/1: ……

You can conveniently manage your license code on our website and review its previous installations.

To learn about using the Staging Websites and available patterns, please follow the link”.

This is wasting valuable time. I am sure you are able to check and see that the domain and subdomain that the installation is attached is from the same one site. I would appreciate this matter resolved asap.

    Thanks,

This is my screenshot from your website, showing no domain or subdomain is linked to the registration license.

This is your website, it is not like the license is attached to codecanyon’s website. Sadly with this cat and mouse game, this will guarantee this is the last purchase I make with 8theme.

I am sure you understand this is costing me valuable time I could be using to sleep if I thought this was going to be a back and forth playing of games. I followed your recommendation and do not see the same information you are directing me to action. Now what?!

It appears to magically sort itself out. The only thing left is for you to edit your last response to remove the screenshot if this is posted publicly as the screen shot in your response show my registration license which is not supposed to be shared on the www.

    Thank you.
