    Before 2 days i receive the follow e-mail from WP support:

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    Hello,

    What elements do you use on your home page (Pages > edit front page)? Is there any product categories element? Provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    and now i try install Xstore Core plugin and i have this Fatal Error

    Hello,

    Are you sure that you use 5.6 version of XStore theme? This fatal error appears if user updated XStore core plugin but use the theme before 5.6. You provided Dashboard access but it’s locked by the fatal error. In this case provide also FTP access because we can’t do anything without FTP if you have a fatal error, we don’t have a magic:).

    You purchased the theme – 2019-08-20 (5.5.2 version), but the 5.6 version was released – http://prntscr.com/owl5ql August 22, 2019

    Ok sorry but i thought that was the last version(because i buy it before 3 days)
    so when i do an update it will be 5.6v (it is nor right?)

    But this what i buy has the plugin XStore core for install
    and i do the install the Xstore plugin (reguire) and activate it and i take this fatal error (strange is n’t ?)

    Tell me please
    When someone has the 5.5.2 version (with Xstore core plugin)
    and when you have available an update (to 5.6v) and he do the update,then he take this fatal error because of Xstore core plugin that he has already on his WP?

    The theme update will give you 5.6 version – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
    Appearance > Install plugin gives the latest versions of plugins.
    Provide us with temporary FTP access, and we will help you.
    (Any core plugin update requires the theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.)

    Ok. Next time, check the changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and update the theme first.
