After adding a product to the cart it (version1) it shows up in the small cart icon in the menu but after clicking on “view cart” or “check out”, going to the cart site itself, it shows “your cart is empty”.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

When I enter http://www.misssale.com/au2015/ site and open Cart page the link is changed and redirects to http://www.misssale.com.au site.
Please specify what domain is correct and should be used for your site.
Are files located in the folder “au2015” of the domain misssale.com?
Do you want just to change domain name and keep the files in the folder “au2015” of the domain misssale.com?
If you change domain name it must be changed in database too.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Yes. I want to change domain name to misssale.com.au, but keep all files in the folder “au2015” of the domain misssale.com. I have tried changed home value as misssale.com.au in option table in database and kept site url value as misssale.com/au2015/. Then all url in the website is changed to misssale.com.au, but all funtions like “add to cart” do not work. Is there any thing I haven’t done? Please tell me.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

To make your site working as you want I had to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” in 8Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page > AJAX “Add To Cart” > Off.
    Please check Cart page now.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
    Thanks.
I have checked it, Cart page works now. However, if we turn AJAX off, wishlist function and quick view funtion do not work.
What do I need to do?

    Hello,

Ajax isn’t working even with enabled “Ajax “Add to Cart”” option.
You can check it yourself. The problem is caused by this error:
    http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0603/h_1433335899_8317479_5580bb2823.png

It means ajax can’t be active because you use different domain name.
In this case you have to change domain name to http://www.misssale.com.au instead of http://www.misssale.com/au2015 and move your site files to the directory of http://www.misssale.com.au.
    This article should help you:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

    Sorry for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for your help. Is there any other way to fix it? For instance, modifing admin-ajax.php file under wp-admin folder.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Recently, I use 301 redirection method to let the website working. However, it is not a good way to solve this problem, because when customers visit http://www.misssale.com.au, the address will transfer to http://www.misssale.com, and then http://www.misssale.com will be shown on browser address bar instead of http://www.misssale.com.au.
Still confusing with this problem on admin-ajax.php
