BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information, please use the Private Content area.
We’ve edited your message and moved the temporary access into the Private Content area.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Please check it now. For shortcode content, you can use the Shortcode widget, which displays the output correctly (https://gyazo.com/85cf100f2169ecf5967c09fefb32eec0). Using the Text Editor widget adds empty tags that may disrupt the page structure.
