“You may also like…” and “Sticky/Fixed Header”

Hi,
i have two questions.

1. How do i remove the “You may also like…” on the account page?
2. Is there any way to have desktop and mobile header fixed. even i turn off the sticky header, its still showing. I just need a fixed header for mobile and desktop.

Additionally, we have selected the product type as “None” under Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy > XStore “My Account” page settings.
