  We are getting an error “You have reached activation number limit.”

  This is likely because we’ve installed WordPress and then deleted the installation several times because of testing and issues with the server.

  It’ll great if you can reset my purchase code activation limit. My purchase code is attached in private comments. Please help me to resolve this issue.

  Hello,

  Please try to activate theme now.
  Also, note that 1 license can be used for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only, please read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

  Hi Rose,
  Thanks, this worked. I’m fully aware that this licence is for a single
  end product but here’s our problem;
  – The theme will be used on “www.oursite.com” that domain is
  currently pointing to another live site of ours.
  – We’ve installed the theme and are doing the dev work using the
  “www.oursite.ORG” domain
  – When the development is done we will duplicate the oursite.ORG to
  oursite.COM so there’ll only be one live site the theme is published
  on.

  We expect this to be ok as we are using the ORG for development and COM as live.

  Hello,

  Yes, all will be ok, but after transferring to the new site, you will be needed re-activate theme there to be able to get auto updates.
