YITH Badge Management not allowing badge to be created. conflicting with custom dev.

There is an issue with YITH badge management, the plugin is up to date and downloaded on our staging site but I think some custom dev that xstore devs have created for us is conflicting with the plugin. Can you please review as to why this is not letting us create badges and ensure no badges we currently have on products (mg attribute bubble) disappear.

Hello,

It appears that the issue originates from the YITH WooCommerce Badge Management plugin when no badge has been created yet.

We have created a badge, and it is now functioning correctly.

how was a badge added, an add badge button was not showing to us previously, you can see this is staging. On production there is still no button for yith

Hello. We are currently still using better badges but have noticed errors on staging with both better badges and Yith doing the same thing.

On every product we have a label – label-four which is showing the attributes of that product. On the shop page you can see the variation bubble but can see it being overlapped with the better badges discount badge.

On the single product page you can see the bubble on the main product image but cannot see the attribute bubble in the variation grid. we want this visible at all times

in your second printscreen you can see the attribute badge being layered behind the green badge. the attribute badge can be seen on the left of the single product page too i.e 20Mg.

Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

.single-product ul.labels li.label-two.hot::before { display: none; } .single-product div.img span.label--four { bottom: 50px !important; }

so this is working now on the single product pages but its not working on the shop pages. the label4 doesnt even show.

We have noticed that your shop page has a specific product structure, which may mean that the hooks used by the YITH plugin to display badges are not present in your current product layout. We kindly suggest that you contact the YITH plugin support team to request assistance in displaying these badges on your product archive page.

Please note that the layout of the products on your archive pages is not related to our theme, as it has been customized.
