XStote theme options keeps loading - by gstec

Dear support,

I have an issue where when I go to XStore -> Theme Options page keeps loading and I get the following error in console

wp-color-picker-alpha.js?ver=3.0.45:91 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpColorPickerL10n is not defined
at h..._create (wp-color-picker-alpha.js?ver=3.0.45:91)

Any help would be much appreciated

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of the theme and core plugin. Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to versions 6.3.9.1 and 2.3.9.1. Clear cache and check then.

Hello again,

Work straight away after the updates. I don’t know why but the XStore update wasn’t shown. I followed your advice to check again and then it appeared.

All good now.
