    Good morning,
    When I go to XSTORE>theme options>variation samples, I have a circle in the left column that goes around in circles indefinitely. I tried deactivating all plugins, clearing the cache,… and I got the same result. Can you help me ? Thank you so much. Kind regards, Christophe

    We advise that you temporarily disable all third-party plugins, excluding those that are included with XStore (a list of which can be found here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After deactivating these plugins, clear your browser’s cache and re-evaluate the situation. The cause of the issue may be one of the non-included plugins.

    Should the problem persist, please maintain the deactivation of all third-party plugins on your website and provide us with authorization to conduct a thorough debugging process. This may involve deactivating plugins and reversing any customizations made on your site, enabling us to provide you with the necessary assistance.

    Please ensure that you create a full backup of your website before making any changes.

    Also, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access. To provide this access, you can create a new user account with an administrator role via the Dashboard. Please share the following details with us privately using the Private Content area.
