Dear @Aldo Carrillo,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that your website was running an outdated version of the XStore theme (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/js9AXoarf8WX), while the XStore Core plugin was already updated to the latest version (https://prnt.sc/ckPtxE3gMg7y). In order to ensure compatibility and proper functionality, it is essential to update the theme before activating the latest version of the plugin.
Additionally, a notification regarding the available theme update was displayed on your dashboard (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/FKmOY2sQViu5).
To assist you, we have gone ahead and updated the XStore theme on your website and successfully activated the XStore Core plugin. You may now check your website to confirm that everything is functioning as expected.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,

Hi, even now the installation looks fine Ive encontered this error in mobile and desktop, can you please helpe me out to see where the problem is at?
please check te video for further details, its like the page try to reboot or something and then crashes.
Dear @Aldo Carrillo,
We kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to review the server error logs, as the issue appears to be related to the hosting configuration rather than the theme itself.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Support, Ive contacted my hosting support and they insist the issue comes within the theme. As per their response:
Thank you for the update.
Please keep in mind that this problem is not related to the changes performed in this ticket, as the only thing that was done is to remove the leftover rules from the .htaccess file which were implemented by WP-Rocket. These rules were caching rules.
The problem at hand has been investigated further from us and I would like to inform you that this is not a server-side problem. There is an issue with one of the jQuery slider carousel libraries that your website is using and this can be clearly seen in the Inspect Element > Console:

More specifically, the problem is this file:
https://www.hemeraperu.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/js/libs/slick.min.js
I have traced this further to a conflict with the plugin Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Pro. If you disable this plugin, the page loads without any problems on mobile devices.
I'm not sure what their support team has checked, but you should ask them to check again. Alternatively, you can keep the plugin Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Pro disabled.

Please let me know what can it be done.

Dear @Aldo Carrillo,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please note that there is no need to use an additional plugin to set up the variation image gallery, as our theme includes a built-in feature that provides this functionality. We recommend testing this feature to determine whether the issue persists when configuring the gallery using our native options.
You can locate this setting by navigating to Theme Options and using the search bar at the top of the sections. To date, we have not received any reports of compatibility issues related to this type of plugin.
Additionally, since you have configured the images using the plugin, you may consider disabling the vertical gallery layout for your single product image gallery in order to maintain a horizontal layout.
Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
