  Hi,

  I have a little problem caused by the XSTORE theme

  Let me explain you the problem :
  When the customer enters the product page, selects the file upload in the product specification, and then adds the product to the shopping cart, the uploaded file will not appear and will not be saved.

  But i dont have the issue if i switch to the default WordPress theme
  I also asked the official technical support of woocommerce, and it said that this problem needs to be handled by you

  Hello,

  Go to Theme Options > WooComerce > Single product > disable Ajax add to cart option. Try to add to the cart after that. Probably plugin requires POST method instead of Ajax.

  But I haven’t turn the single product builder option on.

  Oh… after i turn it on , and disable Ajax add to cart option , It can work successfully.
