XStore v3.0 – how to turn off annoying support speech bubble feature

Hi

I installed XStore v3.0 in a test environment. After entering my key and going to Theme Options, the live chat feature you have on your demo sites appears. I find this both annoying and invasive.

Please can you kindly tell me how to remove this feature completely, as it’s neither wanted or needed on a production site.

OK, I have found an option in Theme Settings myself. For anyone else interested, its here::-

Admin -> Theme Options -> General -> Layout -> Support Chat = OFF

I’m glad to hear that you sorted out. Yes, you can disable chat in Theme Options.
