    Hello,

You need to enable WP debug mode https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check how it works then.

    Regards

    Hello,

As I can see, pages can be edited using WPBakery Page Builder – http://prntscr.com/qoipea
Required files of kirki are bundled in Core plugin, so you do not need to install the Kirki as a separate plugin.
403 error is related to server configuration, contact your hosting provider.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our side.

Ok still dont understand why this is happening because when i change in the settings that another page should be the homepage the site is working well.

Another website with xstore theme on another server etc is facing similar difficulties https://gyazo.com/04092bc94cf1b8a7396397d4c3af77ef although the site is online, when activating xstore options a error 500 comes. any idea why?

    Hello,

403 error caused by WP Store Locator plugin and appear even with the default theme
    https://gyazo.com/22228eb3584ac8e55a1211f9ea470ab1
Contact plugin author to fix the issue because it’s not related to our theme on any side.

    Regards
