Xstore Update - by maju-scooter - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello support team,

    i bought the “XStore” theme from Envato.
    But now I have problems with the update of the theme as well with the associated plugins.

    There is the possibility to carry out updates of the theme and plugin via the menu item “XStore”,
    It also says: “Update successful”. When I leave the site and come back again
    the old version is back. (Same for theme and plugins).

    I also installed Envato Market. Entered my API.
    Here I can only install the theme, not update and also not update the plugins.

    For me it is not a solution, to upload the Theme or the plugins individually via FTP to install.

    I need a comfortable solution in which I can update everything comfortably, without settings etc.
    to lose or to have to do anew.

    I hope you can help me…

    Hello,

    Try to go to Plugins > disable plugins that you want to update. After that go to XStore > Plugin installer > click Update and Activate. Check if plugins are updated after that.
