Xstore theme support on multiple licences

    Hello,

    I just entered a new licence in my “Licences” page here on 8theme.com.
    In total i have 15 of them. On the newly entered one it shows me 92 days left.
    On all others it says 3 days. Shouldn’t all revert to 92?

    I don’t understand you fully.

    Last time i checked if i bought a new xstore licence and input it in the licence page (6 months support) all other installations (xstore licences) also went to 6 months. Are you telling me now that if i have a 6 months licence support for xstore site A i get support only for xstore site A and not my other xstore licences/installations?

    Yes, that is correct. According to Envato’s licensing policy, each license you purchase for a product, such as the XStore theme, is valid for a single use only. This means that the support provided with your purchase are applicable solely to the specific installation associated with that license.

    If you have multiple installations of XStore, each will require its own separate license. Renewing or extending support on one license will not affect the support period of any other licenses you may hold.

    Wait a minute, what? When did you implement this? I’ve been using xstore for a long time (since 2018 if i’m exact) and this is the first time i’m hearing about this. Also as i have explained till now, if i inputed my new licence to the licence subpage all other licences were extended.

    Please be assured that our support system and policies have been consistent for a long time, at least 8 years, and are in alignment with the Envato Market license policy. We do not have the authority to make changes to this system independently.

    Regarding your experience with the license extensions, we have not made any recent changes to how our licensing works, nor have we received similar feedback from other customers. It is possible that what you experienced could be related to browser caching or a similar issue.
