XStore theme needs updating but doesn’t list an available update

    Hello, dsprinting,

    Thank you for your access. We also ask you to enable WP_CRON that were disabled on the server, because they can affect the import process, and if possible, provide us with server information about what maximum files can be uploaded to the server, meaning the maximum file size and the amount of free space on the server.

    Hi,
    It’s our dedicated server and there is 8.5G space left with unlimited file size FTP loading. We’ve enable WP_CRON in wp-config.php

    Hello dsprinting,

    We have observed that the issue with automatic updates affects not only our plugin but all other plugins as well. We downgraded WooCommerce to version 1.3.5; however, it still does not perform automatic updates, does not appear in the updates menu, and does not display any update notifications. Please refer to the attached video for details.

    Kindly check whether the persistent object cache (Redis/Memcached) could be the reason why the issue occurs “not on all servers.”

    On servers using Redis/Memcached, the following situations often occur:
    • A transient is written in one place but read from another (prefix mismatches).
    • An MU-plugin caches and serves outdated data.

    After testing, we restored your version of WooCommerce.
