  New install or not working after an update? More background info may be needed for the support team to help. Just suggesting in advance of them responding to you. Makes things quicker to state everything they need to know in advance.

  Hello, @shivangtools

  Have you updated XStore core plugin to version 3.0.0? Do you use any cache plugin or CDN? Try to Update XStore core plugin, clear cache and try again.
  If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
