XStore Theme Customizer (Theme Options) Won't Work (URGENT)

I urgently need your help – trying to get this site launched today but can’t modify the look and feel of the theme.

Details:
-this is a brand-new install.
-I just purchased XStore and went through the setup process.
-I installed the Cocktails demo and everything looks great on the front-end.
-WordPress 5.5 running XStore Child theme.
-When I click “Theme Options” under XStore in the WP Admin it loads a blank page at mywebsite.com/wp-admin/customize.php with the loading icon on the left and the left panel but no options – I cannot customize the theme (logo, fonts, etc).
-When I view the front-end and click “Customize” from the WP Admin Toolbar it takes me to mywebsite.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbreggybomb.com%2F and it won’t load.
-The header builder will NOT load either mywebsite.com/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus[panel]=header-builder

What would cause the theme customizer to NOT work? I have not added any plugins other than the ones suggested by the theme install.

At some point along the line I got a message:
The theme directory “xstore-child&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php” does not exist.

I reached out to my hosting company and they said:

“So I’ve logged in and was able to replicate the issue. I didn’t find any errors within your error logs however while inspecting the page I did find these errors here (see private content image shared). This is indicating that the error is coming from the Plugin “et-core-plugin”

Hello,

Make sure that XStore core plugin version that you use is 3.0.0 and that you updated all the bundled plugins like WPBakery, Massive Addons and Revolution slider. Especially Massive Addons, it should be 2.4.7 https://www.8theme.com/downloads
If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

I have the issue when try to open Theme Option and have problem with downloading a page /customize.php?
Can give you video.
Last version
Updated all
deactivated all plugins
– nothing… open menu and hide

Please submit a new topic for your problem – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

Additionally, we require temporary wp-admin access to your site in order to investigate the situation more thoroughly.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
