Xstore theme couldn't be activated base on API error

I just purchase the xstore theme but find it difficult to activate the theme on my website. the website link is http://siteinview.com/firststore/

Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase
– PHP max input vars to 10000.
Make sure that wp_remote_get(), wp_remote_post(), file_get_contents functions are enabled on your server. Let me know about results.
