  Hiya – the dashboard on my site is showing that I need to update my Xstore theme as well as the Core plugin. I have tried to update them multiple times by clicking update. It says it is successful and the minute I click off onto another screen it shows that it needs to be updated again! For some reason the update isn’t holding… What is going on and how to fix this please – my site looks terrible at the moment as I just updated the WP Bakery builder and it is obviously not compatible with the older versions of the theme and plugin.

  Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check the mentioned issue?

  Hello,

  I do not see the message about the update, but WPBakery Page Builder plugin needs to be installed correctly. Please provide us with temporary FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

  Hiya – I update the WP Bakery Builder by using ftp – can you just give me instructions please.
  I installed the new WP Bakery builder yesterday but it seems to have disappeared from my list of plugins and now it just says clipboard. ?

  Hello,

  WPBakery plugin is up to date http://prntscr.com/vw3a41 XStore theme and XStore core plugin are also updated. So, do you need any help with this?
