XStore theme and WP Bakery visual composer

    Hi,

    I am using an older version of WPBakery Page Builder (the rebranded Visual Composer Page Builder) which is 5.1.1 and should update it to the latest version which is 6.0.3. According to WP Page Builder support, I need to deactivate and delete the older version of the plugin and then install the latest standalone version which I purchased already.

    Still according to WP Support, I need to e-confirm the same with you before proceeding, because if there is any changes to the core plugin files, then they will be lost during this process

    I would like to continue using Visual Composer, activate WP Bakery Page Builder plugin, and install the last version of XStore on my WordPress, nut I am afraid I will damage the website.

    Can someone help me please ?

    Hello,

    Go to Plugins > Deactivate and delete the WPBakery plugin. You don’t need to buy the plugin. You can get the latest version of plugin here https://www.8theme.com/downloads use it to install and activate again. You won’t lose any data because we did not make any changes in plugin files.

    If you need help with the theme update then provide us with temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
