XStore Sticky Header overlapping content sections

Hi, how can we fix an overlapping of sections if we have a sticky header? This overlapping problem appears if user click on links on sidebar (nav menu), the content fades under the sticky header. Perhaps there is a way to control sticky header only if customers scroll up and down.

1/ Could you kindly provide a video demonstrating the behavior you have described, as well as a link to the page where you would like this issue to be resolved?

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I think I searched on the wrong place, it is not a sticky header problem. I think it is the problem with the product category widget for the sidebar. It has an auto scroll function, so it scrolls the category page to the top if customer click on the category-link. Is it possible to unable this auto scroll?

Hello, unfortunatelly Site is live and we would like to implement a sidebar. So perhaps it helps if you have a look at the demo site https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/beauty-and-cosmetics/shop
Please klick Hands under BODY AREA than you will see, that the site goes under the sticky header… this I would like to unable for product category widget in Shop Sidebar.

Hello,

Could you please specify which page on your website you are referring to? Kindly provide a link to the page and describe your desired outcome in as much detail as possible.

Try to disable “Scroll to Top after Ajax filter action” via Theme Options.
