XStore shop design crash when creating a subscription box

Hello there,

My shop design crash when creating a subscription box…

Click on “Créer votre abonnement” to try.

I am using the plugin “Subscription Box for WooCommerce” and whenever I am testing to create a box. The design of my XStore shop crash.

This is how my store look normally (screenshot 1)
Then this is how my store look like when i am creating a box (screenshot 2)

Other information I have deactivated WP Rocket on the shop page because the pop up to choose the product on the box was not showing at all. Do you have any informations on that ?

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

We would recommend you contact support of “Subscription Box for WooCommerce” plugin first.
