Hi I have a problem using Xstore Products element.The problem is there options in for of text only i can’t edit it
Display type
Slider
Grid
List
Full screen

Product layout for this slider
Grid
List

these are only in text form i Can’t edit any ?

Hello,

Try to clear all cache and check one more time.
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

I clear all cache using w3 total Cache plugin but problems remains same how to give temporary access?

Hello,

Create WP test user with admin permission and provide username with pass in the Private content area while replying. Also, provide FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP pass).

Yes Thanks It does help I cleared my chrome’s cache and also tried it in firefox both are working fine.
