Xstore Product search template not active

Hello, I have set the Xstore builder > product search results template but it dosen’t seem to be working.

That still did not work, the template that’s saved in the Store Builders > Search Results is not being used when you try to search for something.

Please create a new topic for your question – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/
Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area. To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
