XStore Product filter not working correctly

    Dear support team,

    I hope you are doing well. This morning, when using my online shop, I realised that the sidebar product filter is not working as expected. Unfortunately, when I click on a specific category, nothing happens. I suspect that the problem is related to the display of the filter. Could you please let me know how I can solve this problem?

    Hello Support Team,

    Thank you for the quick response. The two filters you showed me in the video are working. Unfortunately, my question was regarding the product category filter, as shown in the image. Can you help me with this, as the categories are not filtering properly? Thank you in advance.

    We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache and then revisit your site to see the changes. Specifically, we have disabled the AJAX filter option, which can be found under the following navigation path: XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > New Shop > Shop Page Filters.

    For your convenience, we have created a reference video which you can view in the private content area.
