newly purchased xstore theme is not installing kindly request to fix the issue immeidaetly

we had tried the same no luck. on first time when i tried it works, after reinstalling it getting failed.

Hello,

To be able to help we need to get more information about the issue.
If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset, and start from scratch – https://youtu.be/4n1re0jKorc

We had tried your option as you shared. please find the URL after reinstalling. https://kannesboutique.com/ All become double

steps action taken
1. pubic html – cleared
2. Database recreated
3. wordpress – installed
4. woocommernce – installed
5. xstore theme – installed but with error.
